THE CAST

Kate Meehan (Jackie-O) moved to Austin from Chicago where she worked with Steppenwolf, Bailiwick Repertory Theatre, The Playground, Improv Olympic, and Second City. In town she has worked in a myriad of capacities with the State Theatre, Zachary Scott Theater's Project Interact, Onstage, Tongue and Groove, Sol Fly Productions, A Chick and a Dude, and the Austin Commedia Society for whom she served as Managing and Development Director. Favorite productions include The Family Jewels: A Tragedy, The Illusion, and Anticipating Miles. She is an active playwright and she frequently teaches mask work, improvisation, Commedia dell'Arte, and stage movement to many different sizes of people. She would like everyone to know that she believes in the healing power of puppies.

Cris Skelton (Anthony) is performing in his second show with Coda Theater Project. Last summer he played the minor (but vital!) role of Walter in Coda's adaptation of Ondine. Aside from working with Coda, Cris is currently pursuing a B.F.A. in Theatre at Texas State University, San Marcos and hopes to graduate on time in May (take that, statistics!). Other credits include Balm in Gilead (Dopey) and Waiting for Lefty (Irv) for the Back Porch Players in Houston as well as Roosters (Lord Eagle/Shadow) and Medusa's Tale (Perseus) at Texas State. Cris would like to thank his parents for continuing to push him, his sister Laine for the routine reality checks, and his amazing girlfriend Ashly for frequently kissing his bruised ego.

Pidge Smith (Mrs. Pascal) is a native Austinite. She is proud and excited to be working again with Coda. Last seen as Eugenie in Ondine, Pidge is a member of Coda's Board of Directors. She has been acting for 31 years primarily in theatre. She has many years of experience in New York City, touring the Tri-State area, Austin, and the Texas Hill Country. Thank all of you for coming to the show. Hope you enjoy.

Lisa Scheps (Mrs. Pascal) is happy to be making her Coda debut with The House of Yes. She is Artistic Director of play! Theatre Group and was born and raised in Houston where she trained at the Alley Theatre and Studio 7. At 18 she moved to New York where she worked as an Actor, Stage Manager, and Director and is proud to have created the role of the Camel's Ass in the Broadway production of Oh, Brother! In the late eighties she brought her talents to the business world and began directing and producing for Business Theatre (ask her and she'll tell you what that means) and in 1994 she co-founded Concentrix Corp. After selling her interests in that company she moved back to Texas—well, Austin actually—and is performing for the first time in EONS!

Christopher Loveless (Marty) was last seen in The Exonerated, produced by Hyde Park Theatre. Previous credits include Reefer Madness and Love's Labors Lost for The Bedlam Faction, Ugly Maria for Sol Fly Productions, Romeo and Juliet, Titus Andronicus, Henry V, Merry Wives of Windsor, Twelfth Night, and Julius Caesar for Austin Shakespeare Festival, Did You Say Love? for A Chick and a Dude Productions, and Corpus Christi for Real Rain Productions.

Hallie Martin (Lesly) is a native Austinite with a background in dance, theatre, and film. After studying classical ballet for many years, she then spent 9 years performing hula and other Polynesian dances. Her recent film work includes roles in Gary Chason's Everything or Nothing, Steve Collins' Gretchen, and an upcoming role in Z: A Zombie Musical. Hallie debuted with Coda Theater Project in the Summer 2005 production of Ondine. She is represented in Austin by BLVD Co.
